Walk and Talk Therapy is an innovative and deeply restorative approach to psychotherapy that takes the traditional therapy session out of the office and into the breathtaking natural landscape of Ibiza. Rather than sitting across from one another in a room, we move through nature together — and that simple shift can make a profound difference.

Together, we will connect mind and body using the powerful combination of walking, talking, and simply being present in the natural world. Through movement, we activate and stimulate both brain and body, creating conditions that are genuinely conducive to open, reflective conversation. Research consistently shows that walking enhances cognitive flexibility and emotional processing, which means our work together can feel more fluid, more spontaneous, and often more revealing.

Walking in nature also creates a natural distance from your daily environment — the pressures, routines, and familiar surroundings that can sometimes keep us stuck in the same patterns of thinking.
