Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer both in-person sessions in Ibiza and online therapy, so you can work with me wherever you are.

Many of my clients are expats or people navigating life transitions, and online sessions allow continuity of support even when travel or distance is involved.

  • Sessions are available in English and German.

You’re welcome to choose whichever language feels most natural and comfortable for you.

  • Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so we begin gently.

In the first sessions, my focus is on getting to know you — your story, your current challenges, and what has brought you here. We’ll explore both your present situation and parts of your personal history, including childhood experiences, to understand how the past may still be influencing your life today.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We move at your pace.

My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while we work together toward clarity and change.

  • Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical.

    Together we work to:

    • Understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck

    • Reduce anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

    • Build coping strategies that fit your real life

    • Strengthen self-awareness and self-compassion

    • Support you through transitions, burnout, or motherhood challenges

You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many people come simply because something feels heavy, confusing, or unsustainable.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full, as this time is reserved especially for you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

  • Absolutely.

If you’re unsure or simply have questions, you’re welcome to get in touch. Sometimes a short conversation is enough to help you decide whether working together feels like the right next step.

  • You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

Many people come because something feels heavy, overwhelming, or out of balance — anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or the emotional challenges of motherhood.

If you find yourself feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a supportive space to explore what’s happening and find new ways of coping.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Sometimes simply having a safe place to talk, reflect, and feel understood can already create meaningful change.

If you’re wondering whether therapy might help, that curiosity itself is often a sign it’s worth exploring.
